Bank of America - can we pulleease have some 'transparency'

i got a bee in  my bonnet yesterday when i encountered a seemingly opaque excuse at my local bank of america branch, and....being the little instigator that i am... i called the press


i've heard/read a couple different rumors about what really happened/is happening, but far be it from me to spread the rumors....but i will 'put a flag on the play'
